Wow - what happened to May? Guess mom and I were so busy getting ready for the end of school and Reagan's first birthday party that it just flew by like zoom.
Pictures from Rea's party are over on her site and MY party is this weekend so there are sure to be some new pics on the site, hopefully I can talk dad into posting them relatively quick.
Just thought I needed to post something since the last post was Cleo's funeral spray - made it look like I was in a depressed funk. Really have only missed her when we had tuna the other night and didn't get to watch her drink the water dad poured off the tuna. She and Duchess loved tuna water. I think Duchess missed her to - she didn't have to fight for her share (but she didn't miss her enough to leave her any)
Maybe some pics after the weekend.

COME ON SPRING!!!
What a GREAT weekend! Can't wait until Spring Break! (I bet it snows) This weekend was beautiful. We went to the park Saturday and then went over to see Will and the rest of the Tutors. Sunday we went to Ripley to see Grandmaw and Grandaddy. Dad made this picture of me and sis. She's going to be 9 months old Thursday.
Check out the other pics dad made of sis over on her blog.

Busy busy busy
Dad has been to Jackson so many times lately I've lost count. But, today he got to go meet with Governor Barbour (Wasn't just him and the Gov. - there were like 30 other people in the room) The Governor was signing the bill to fund the Cooper Tire expansion/retention for here in Tupelo. The bill is part of the package put together by the State/City/County and several other governmental agencies to help keep 1,200 full-time and 600 contract-worker jobs in Tupelo.

Here is a cool pic that dad snapped in the Capital.
This is made from the 3rd floor just outside the Governor's office.

Reading Fair - District Day
Today was the District Round for the reading fair. The first place winners from each of the schools in the District were judged again. I got an honorable mention ribbon. Guess the world just wasn't ready for my Skippyjon Jones story board. Dad once did a science fair project on Nuclear Winter and even had a copy of a paper by Carl Sagan - didn't win State Science Fair because the judges didn't understand the project....
Here is my friend Garrett - he got Third Place in Second Grade. Congrats!

Reading Fair time again!
This year I read Skippyjon Jones. It is a story about a Siamese cat that thinks he's a chihuahua. Very funny. I got a Siamese cat for Christmas and I use it as a prop for the story board. I dressed like Mama Junebug Jones. I won first place in First Grade and go on to District next week. My friends Anna Caryl and Carol Trent also won second and third place. Here are some pictures mom took.
